Unexpected camera MAC: C8:02:8F:7F:XX:XX. When I look at arp, the camera running on the unexpected IP address has a different MAC address than the known one. When I investigate, I find that I can see the camera with the Wyze app but it's running on an unexpected IP address. Much of the time things are good but every few days one of the cameras seems to drops off the network. Each of the four cameras has a fixed IP address via a reservation in the DHCP server. I have four Wyze cameras running the rtsp firmware streaming to a local video server.
